The HSIE faculty has arranged for each Geography Red class to take part in the Australian Geography competition during Week 9-Week 11 of this term.
Serious participation in this competition is a requirement for all students in the GAT class. As the Australian Geographic Competition is based on general knowledge of world geographic issues, no prior preparation is necessary.
The competition will be held on the following dates:
- 7HSIER- Thursday 4th April 2019 Period 1 (Week 10)
- 8HSIER- Wednesday 10th April 2019P5 (Week 11)
- 9GeoR- Monday 8th April 2019 Period 3 (Week 11)
- 10GeoR- Tuesday 26th March (Week 9)
The permission note for this competition was sent home with students in Week 8. If your child/ward received one of these or is in the GAT class here at GRC Peakhurst, please complete this note and return it to your child/ward's Geography teacher as soon as possible.
