High potential and gifted education
Georges River College Peakhurst Campus is committed to fostering excellence in learning by providing an environment where high potential students are challenged, supported and inspired to thrive. Guided by the Department of Education’s High Potential and Gifted Education Policy, the school recognises and nurtures students’ intellectual, social-emotional, physical and creative capabilities through a broad range of differentiated and enriched learning experiences.
Our high potential and gifted education opportunities
Our students engage with HPGE education in the classroom, in our school, and across NSW.

The opportunities available include, but are not limited to, public speaking, debating, academic competitions, sporting gala days and competitions, Student Representative Council (SRC) and Wellbeing student groups as well as creative and performing arts showcases.
